By Car

SatNav users: the Church postcode is PO6 4DW

From M27, Southampton and M275, Portsmouth

Leave the M27 / M275 at junction 12 (signposted Paulsgrove, Cosham  A27). At the traffic lghts (with the 'Marriot Hotel' on your left) go straight over - this is signposted A3 Cosham. Keep in the left hand lane and take the first left hand turn (at traffic lights) into Allaway Avenue. Woofferton Road is about one mile along Allaway Avenue on the right (past the shops on the left). If you go underneath the M27 Motorway bridge you've gone 200 metres too far.

From A27, Havant

Leave the A27 at the Hilsea exit (just before the M27 starts) and take the A27 Fareham (second) exit from the roundabout. Approach the traffic lights in the right hand lane, and at the lights (with the 'Marriot Hotel' facing you) turn right - this is signposted A3 Cosham. Keep in the left hand lane and take the first left hand turn (at traffic lights) into Allaway Avenue. Woofferton Road is about one mile along Allaway Avenue on the right (past the shops on the left). If you go underneath the M27 Motorway bridge you've gone 200 metres too far.

From A27, Portchester

At the main Castle Street roundabout on the A27 turn left up Station Road (signposted for Portchester Station, ignore sign that points for 'Paulsgrove 1' to the right) and after going under the railway bridge take the second right into Portsview Avenue. Proceed for about 1 mile, under the M27 and after about 200 metres take the first turning on the left into Woofferton Road.

 

 

By Bus

Service 3 (Fareham - Cosham - Portsmouth) passes close to the Church every 20 minutes on Sunday. Services 2 (Paulsgrove - Cosham - Copnor - Portsmouth) and 18 (Paulsgrove - Cosham - Fratton - Southsea) stop at 'Paulsgrove Shops', a couple of hundred metres from the Church. Service X4 (Southampton - Fareham - Portsmouth) stops at Racecourse Lane, from where a walk over the railway bridge brings you to Paulsgrove shops. By Train

Our local stations are Cosham (two miles east of the Church) or Portchester (one mile west). Buses are available between both stations and the Church, or taxis are usually available on the rank at Cosham (no rank at Portchester). Visit the National Rail website for up to date train times.
